Job description - MOBILE PATROL OFFICER

The Role

The position will require the successful candidate to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers by patrolling and monitoring their premises and personnel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Enhancing security levels and maintaining a vigilant presence
• Checking staff, contractors and visitor ID cards
• Controlling authorised access/egress of pedestrian and vehicular traffic on and off site
• Responding to alarms, incidents and suspicious behaviour
• Projecting a smart, efficient and helpful image at all times
• Writing Reports
• Reporting to the client on all matters regarding Health & Safety and Security

Essential:

• SIA Licence & Driving Licence 
• A commitment to providing first class customer service

Desirable:

• CSCS Card/1st Aid/Traffic Marshall
• Excellent customer service skills
• Clear communication both written and verbal
• Good report writing skills
• Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and contact number
• Observant
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable
